Payment made through this portal in NON-REFUNDABLE.
But in-case of the followings:
- Selected Doctor is not available – you will be informed and scheduled for next available date/slot
- Heavy Rain, during any calamity, Restrictions imposed by Government – you need to inform our 24×7 Emergency Helpline No. +91-9984991991 for alternate date/slot
For any other circumstances, you couldn’t attain the time/slot you booked, kindly inform at least 24 hours prior to your date/slot, at 24×7 Emergency Helpline No. +91-9984991991. You will try to accommodate your appointment for next available date/slot.
